A helping hand for change
If there’s one thing you can count on in business, it’s change. New products, new geographies and shifting market dynamics can conspire to test the capacity of your talent acquisition and management teams. Even if the need is justified, internal headcount restrictions may prevent you from hiring the permanent resources you need to meet these increasing demands.
To help smooth the road, we've developed the Resourcing Augmentation (RA) service. Our RA services are designed to help you tap into our expertise and experience on a short-term or medium-term basis, so that you’re able to deliver on your organisation’s change agenda.
We provide access to an industry-leading network of talent professionals. Our experts can work on-site or off-site, offering you access to our deep talent acquisition and management experience. Operating within our robust infrastructure, these teams deliver unrivalled value.
With an extensive talent and alumni pool, and our own employee base of nearly 3,500, we can provide the following types of capabilities:
- Heads of Resourcing
- Recruitment Managers
- Talent Sourcing experts
- HR Business Partners and Directors
- Process Consultants Technology
- Transformation Specialists
Each of our colleagues are selected and trained based on rigorous standards. All have access to the same thought leadership, tools, processes and industry expertise that we can provide for all our clients - enabling them to maximise the value they deliver.
We’ve helped some of the world’s leading companies, across a variety of industries, to meet their most pressing talent challenges. Imagine what we could we achieve for your organisation.
One of the world’s leading power systems companies needed to hire engineering candidates with particularly niche skills for roles ranging from entry-level to senior management. We provided several off-site sourcing specialists to support the client’s on-site team. They managed existing requisitions by screening and delivering shortlists, sourcing passive candidates and building talent pools. The result? All assessment centres were filled with candidates five months ahead of the company’s deadline.
For a pioneering business and consumer technology company, we were tasked with helping increase gender diversity of new hires, creating and managing talent pools, growing the number of applicants per role, and searching for very niche candidates in non-traditional markets. We provided talent sourcing experts to augment the client’s existing team—enabling them to consider approximately 4,000 profiles per month. We also helped raise the proportion of females hired from 25% to 40%.
For a leading professional services firm that was challenged with increased hiring needs in Europe, we augmented their existing recruitment team by providing on-site staff for six-month rotational assignments. Our professionals - deployed from our Global Client Service Centre in Krakow, Poland - integrated seamlessly with the existing team from day one, delivering local experience and fluent language capability.
