Working in Belfast

Drive recruitment for world-class clients, with a business that lets you blaze your own trail

We’re currently looking for talented people to join our bustling Belfast Global Client Service Centre. It’s a unique environment right in the heart of the city, dedicated to putting quality service first. Our talent acquisition and management experts work with some of the most influential brands across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. With a distinctive blend of outsourcing and consulting services, we provide everything our clients need to attract, engage and retain their best talent.

Our Belfast centre is currently home to over 240 of the most knowledgeable talent acquisition, procurement, finance, IT and business intelligence professionals in the business. Everything we do here comes back to helping both our clients and our colleagues fulfil their potential. That starts with a culture that trusts our people to deliver in a way that’s right for them, with a clear focus on transparency and quality over hard sales tactics. We’re always open to new ideas, so if you share our passion for making things better, there’s no better place to make it happen.

With some impressive wins, new clients and projects plus more on the horizon, we have big plans for expansion in Belfast. And it’s not just us thriving here. Belfast has quickly become a thriving economic hub – a trend recently explored by our Group Director of Operations, John Collington.

We run a diverse range of events and incentives to keep our people engaged. Our Global Citizenship week for instance is an opportunity to create long lasting relationships with our clients, employees and communities worldwide. From mentoring underrepresented groups, recycling and reducing waste, to raising much needed funds for charities we support, we’re truly committed to bringing the power of our people to the challenges impacting the communities we work in. As part of our commitment to Global Citizenship, our people are encouraged to take a day of paid leave every year to volunteer for a charity they’re passionate about.

You’ll also enjoy a wide range of social events and clubs, as well as a breakout room stocked with fruit and hot drinks – so there are plenty of ways to get to know your colleagues. If you’re fast enough, you might also try your hand on our wildly popular ping-pong table!

Whichever role you choose, you’ll have all the support you need to develop your career in a way that’s right for you – whether you’re just starting out or you’ve years of agency or in-house expertise under your belt. That could mean becoming a dedicated specialist to progress in a specific area, or moving to new accounts and areas to take on new responsibilities. What’s more, we’re also offering our people opportunities to work US hours. So if you’re looking to cut your commute, work around family commitments or you’re just a night owl, be sure to ask us when you apply.
