Build, Operate, Transition works in a similar way to outsourcing, but on a fixed-term project basis.

Our experienced Operations Consulting team work alongside the HR and management communities to assess requirements and ultimately build a durable, sustainable resourcing process.

The Technology Consulting team recommends, implements and optimises an applicant tracking technology, if appropriate, and puts into place reporting structures helping benchmark recruitment performance.

Finally, our delivery teams step in to take on the operational aspects of daily resourcing, working towards the optimised process, building candidate databases, streamlining the recruitment experience, and delivering top talent directly to the business.

At the end of the project, the Operations Consulting team manages the transition of the recruitment function back to the client, ensuring a seamless handover and full support.
